Who’s Mike Bruce?
A quick introduction, Mike Bruce, our main man, has been working within the business industry for over 40 years. His main experience happened while working at Comcast as the VP of sales in the southern division.
Highlights of His career include:
- A Successful ten years as a licensed insurance agent
- 9 Straight years as the number division of Comcast
- Over 400 Million dollars in mergers and acquisitions
- Numerous awards with American Bankers in Hawkeye National
- Coaching girls fast pitch softball for 20 years
- Currently consults with major cable companies

What does Mike do?
Mike started this business over a year ago because he saw a large need within the small business industry for funding. With the vision of this huge gap between business owners and lenders, Mike set out to fill the gap.
Using all of his business knowledge and unique expertise, Mike works as a broker to find the absolute best deal possible to match the needs of both sides.
What is a Broker?
A broker is a person who arranges or negotiates a settlement, deal or plan.
There is a negative connotation around the word broker but we are here to tell you that we are only here to help.
There are many different types of brokers in the business world and even some you wouldn’t think of as a broker.
Think of the last time you bought a house. Did you use a realtor? What did they do for you? They should have shown you potential homes and properties, communicated with you about the details, relayed messages and information about the property and broker a deal between you and the current home owner resulting in your purchase of the new home.
A realtor is a broker.
They broker a deal representing either the buying or selling side of a property purchase and they get paid a small percentage of the price.
We broker commercial loan deals. We speak with business owners of different sizes, assess their current standing, find them the absolute best loan option and we close the deal.
Why do I need a broker?
Brokers aren’t for everyone. We serve customers who don’t currently have access to the funds needed to grow their business. This could be an owner rejected by banks and other more typically loan avenues. Since we don’t work with banks, who have many limits on the funds they can deliver, we can reach funds unavailable to you.
Its simple. If you have a place to go for the loan OR the time to search (and experience a lot of rejection) for the loan yourself than our services aren’t for you.
